Lifehouse Maternity Home
Monthly Lunch & Learn
On the last Wednesday of Every Month
Would you like to learn more about
Lifehouse Maternity Home?
Please join us for Lifehouse’s monthly Lunch & Learn, on the last Wednesday of each month from 12-1 pm. We invite you to enjoy lunch courtesy of Lifehouse, catered by Penn Station East Coast Subs to say thank you and share how your help and support has enabled Lifehouse to grow, emerge and make a difference in our community.
This monthly luncheon will also allow others, who may have only just learned of Lifehouse through a friend, church or a recent event to gather more information about our mission and how they may want to become involved. This is an open opportunity to learn more about the Lifehouse program through casual conversation, a tour of the facility and the introduction to the Lifehouse staff, residents and their children.
Lifehouse Maternity Home is a community resource for women and families facing an unexpected pregnancy. We provide for the spiritual, emotional, physical, and intellectual needs of pregnant and/or parenting teens and women and their children–both born and unborn–in a Christ-centered home environment.
Lifehouse Maternity Home opened its’ doors in 2018, giving young girls in a crisis pregnancy situation hope. Lifehouse helps the young women grow holistically through spiritual, emotional, intellectual and physical growth. Lifehouse is a residential program nestled in the Crescent Hill community providing 24-hour care in a safe environment. Since opening the doors of Lifehouse, 70 healthy drug free babies have been born and 10 of those babies have been chosen to be parented through adoption. Lifehouse is a home filled with love and support for the young women who come to us looking to make a difference in their lives and the lives of their children.
How can you help?
Lifehouse looks to our local community for assistance in helping keep our doors open, through volunteering, donations, support and monetary gifts. Lifehouse is a 501(c)3 and does not receive any form of government funding. Lifehouse is able to make a difference in the lives our young women and their children based on the faithful giving of our donors, churches, foundations, grants and the extensive volunteers and the talents they provide. Through the tireless efforts of our community and the Lifehouse program, we can continue saving one young mother and one baby at a time.
Lunch is provided by Lifehouse from Penn Station
